Brought on to the newly formed digital communications team for IMG Fashion Week Coverage, we were initially tasked to manage and produce the digital image assets from the weeks various events. After starting the project we quickly tackled other pressing responsibilities like bug tracking and documenting problems with the new CMS's functionality. Working with the creative agency Tender, who produced the CMS, Adhoc was able to improve UI functionality for more productive image handling and asset management while still facilitating all the original responsibilities. We also recruited and managed a team of 6 temps to keep up with the work pace and complete the project on time and within budget.
Ovando, a luxury floral company in New York had a problematic design process previous to ad hoc's collaboration. We acted as consultant and managed a team of 4 designers and programmers to address their interactive issues and achieve Ovandos new media goals of attracting participation and interaction with the Ovando brand, we quickly secured their online store purchases, developed a blog platform with custom development and designed and produced a content driven website with integrated CMS(content management system) to increase site traffic and stickiness(return users).
Working with a small team of financial technologists and programers to develop a AMS(association management software) platform for commodity and investment trading companies. In a rapid and collaborative process we branded the product, produced decks and collateral material, designed interfaces and layouts for desktop, mobile and web environments as well as took part in extensive research and explorations of current trends in cloud applications with a focus on social networking and relationship tracking.
Learnvest, a financial education site for women, asked us to consult with them about the effectiveness of their email marketing. They wanted to increase the chance of editors opening email pitches and posting a link on the respective sites to drive traffic to learnvest. We advised their creative team on best practices for delivering editorial content and created a presentation focused around using a more complex layout and typography hierarchy to highlight key content and make the information pop out to busy editors.
Trade Up approached us to help them with their first round investment presentation. By developing a marketing deck(presentation) and basic collateral, Trade Up was to realize their ideas and create a visual proof of concepts.
Consulting and Art directing for the largest salon on long island. Advised and created unique content and provided consulting on interactive new media marketing opportunities. Projects consist of in store iPad photo booth, customized blog and social media sites and site design with CMS integration.

Through a series of consultations we investigated and recommended strategies to increase her bands positive message, clarify her content by refining her architecture and layout as well as other aspect of her digital universe.
The Forgiveness Project works at a local, national and international level to help build a future free of conflict and violence by healing the wounds of the past. Ad hoc designed and lead a team of 6 others designers and craftsmen to develop and build a 32 image back lit photo exhibition. The environmental design focused on the somber images and stories paring the rough asperity of shipping palates with soft and translucent Gossamer drapes which allowed viewers an intimate space to read and reflect within the busy presentation space.
The Rockport Institute, a founding member of career change consulting and developmental coaching, was interested in rethinking their site architecture and capitalizing on their companies longevity to increase site traffic and create a call to action for users. Through a comprehensive analysis and report we advised Rockport on a content structure that reduced page clutter so the sites UX(user experience) would be friendlier and more digestible. We advised and presented examples of creating targeted content paths with the ultimate goal of driving users to sign up for a corse or contact the institute directly.
